I went for New Year’s and the hotel was very well located, close to all the festivities and attractions. The room was okay, offering a decent night’s sleep. the hotel had a swimming pool which, unfortunately, was dirty but it was still something nice to look at and a new experience for me.
The staff was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I had to ask several times for basic amenities like a spoon or a plate and they didn’t even bother to provide sachets.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay. the swimming pool, which appeared inviting in the pictures, turned out to be a disappointment as it was dirty and much smaller than expected.
